JCE Utilities is an optional  mambot/plugin for Joomla! 1.0.1x and 1.5.x which creates content popups in a manner similar to the popular Lightbox and Slimbox scripts, as well as providing optional fixes for IE6 png image display issues, flash player z-index issues and tooltips

JCE Utilities is installed using the Joomla! Mambot or Extensions installer

Unlike Lightbox and Slimbox, JCE Utilities can create popups to almost any type of media item, from images, to flash, quicktime, windows media files, as well as Youtube, Goolge Video and MetaCafe players, and internal and external website pages.
