Set HTML cleanup options for the editor

• Cleanup HTML - Perform HTML cleanup of content, removing undeclared elements, fixing incorrect html, closing tags etc.
• Entity Encoding- Entity encoding method to be used by the editor. Default is UTF-8
  1. Unicode (UTF-8) - All characters will be stored in non-entity form except these XML default entities:& < > "
  2. Named - Characters are converted into named entities
  3. Numeric - Characters are converted into numeric entities. For example, a non-breaking space would be encoded as  
• Plugin Mode - If Yes is selected, & and ' are not encoded when content is saved to compensate for poorly designed 3rd party Joomla! plugins.
