As the IFrame element can essentially load any external content into an article and therefore the site, this is a potential security issue (the IFrame plugin itself is not insecure) - the IFrame plugin should only be assigned to trusted users. As a security precaution the IFrame button is not added to the editor toolbar when installed, unlike other plugins. To assign the button to the editor toolbar :
