The JCE Core Editor, JCE Pro Editor and all official plugins and add-ons are licenced under the GNU/GPL 2 licence. All use thereof is subject to the terms of this licence.
Although every reasonable effort is made to ensure that JCE and all extensions (including the editor plugin, component and JCE plugins / add-ons) function as expected, the extensions are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the products.
No guarantee is made that JCE will function correctly with, not conflict with, or be compatible with any other 3rd party Joomla! extension, or any 3rd party JCE plugin or add-on.
The purchase of a JCE Pro Subscription does not constitute the purchase of any individual JCE plugin, JCE add-on, JCE or Joomla! component, module, mambot or plugin, or collection of any such items, but is a purchase of the right to access a particular part or parts of the JCE website for the lifetime of the subscription, as well as any other subscription benefits as may be granted from time to time.
Activation of the subscription completes the purchase of the subscription and grants immediate access to all subscription benefits. Where this includes access to downloadable files activation and grant of access will constitute delivery of these files. For EU customers activation will end your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Subscriptions are linked to the account the user was logged in with when purchasing the subscription and are not transferable.
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
- On duplicate purchases made by the purchaser in error, the duplicate transaction will be refunded
- If issues with the available extensions that results in the inability to use the extension or a feature of the extension cannot be resolved with direct or indirect support (forum posts, e-mail, available documentation and other support articles) or incidental patches and official updates to the plugins or core extensions, and where such issues are not the result of incorrect use by the user, a server or Joomla! configuration or conflict with a 3rd party extension.
E-mail support is by inivitation only and is not included in the standard subscription benefits.
