JCE Pro 2.9.77 released

UPDATE: JCE Pro 2.9.78 has been released to fix an issue with editor loading and initialization.

This update fixes a few bugs and issues reported since the last update. In addition to these fixes, a few new features have been added.

Sandbox exclusions for Google Docs

Default sandboxing of iframes for external content was introduced in JCE Pro 2.9.70, which included exclusions for common providers like Youtube, Vimeo and Spotify. This update expands those exclusions to include Google Docs.

Media Types for Template Manager Variables

When using variables in Template Manager content to prompt for user input, you can now set an optional media type for the generated field. This will add a File Browser button to select images, media or files. The media type is added after the variable name, e.g., ${URL:image}. Available media types are image, media (video and audio), and file.

Additionally, a textarea type will render a multiline textarea input instead of a standard text input field, e.g., ${Text:textarea}.

Labels for Resize options

A new feature allows you to add optional identifying labels to Resize Sets. These labels help to easily identify the purpose of each Resize Set in the upload dialog, making it simpler to manage and track multiple sets.
