This is a maintenance update to fix an issue where HTML attribute values could be double-encoded when content was processed and rebuilt. Entities are now decoded during parsing before being safely re-escaped on output, preventing iframe embeds, including some Facebook videos, from failing due to incorrectly encoded URLs.
