Upgraded to 2.7.13 pro, and have since upgraded to 2.7.14, with no change.
Editor shows only source code editor, tab for edit-source-preview gone.

Worked fine before upgrade.

But works fine as a super user, just none of the other user groups. All groups have been added to the default profile. This for a client, they can't have their editors, having SU access.

For some reason the Editor - JCE plugin on your site was assigned to Super Users, when it should have the default Access level of Public.

I have reset the Access level for the Editor - JCE plugin to Public, and the editor is now loading for the tmpedit user in the front-end.
