Since update to 2.7.15 the format elements are not listed in profile configuration.

Which version did you upgrade from?

2.7.14 with Joomla 3.9.10. In version 2.7.14 it worked well

I have fixed this on your site with an install of JCE Pro 2.7.16 Beta 2 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development
