Hi there, I have a JCE popup on the following page: https://theijc.com/news/636-global-graphics-software-receives-coveted-intertech-award-for-second-year-in-a-row
However, the loading of the popup is really long - sometimes up to 30 seconds and more.
I am not sure what to do.

I'm not seeing this issue when I visit your site.

Hi Ryan, thank you for your reply. Strange that you do not notice the slow loading ... it really takes about 30 seconds here ... I work on Mac, hope that doesn't make a difference.
I installed the latest Mediabox but no better results ...

Tested on a Mac with Firefox and Chrome. Takes about 2 seconds to load for me, every time.

Oh that is really weird ... I did the same on Mac + my mobile devices, tried in wifi and 4G - all the same slow result. Do you have any idea what might trigger these differences?

I have just tested the Bio popup from your site with Firefox and Seamonkey on Win10 and it opens in under one second.

Well, now I am completely bewildered ... even on https://www.browserling.com and testing on Win7, IE11the popup loads slow ....
Am I the only one or can someone confirm

I have tested the popup with the Bio from Alan Mills and, as said no problem with loading. 😃
