Hi i have ZOO on my website and i was encouraged to upgrade to JCE editor pro which i did. I installed the package and went back into ZOO to edit a blog i was working on and nothing has changed. My global config says JCE is my default editor so im not sure whats happened. I found a support sheet saying i had to drag the new pro buttons in manually which i did but the editor in zoo looks exactly as it did before i paid for the upgrade? can anyone help?

Also if i go to add a new article it is still the same jce editor and the only thing that changed is i dont get the ad asking me to upgrade anymore?

I assume you are referring to this article? - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/pro-buttons-missing-after-upgrade

How many editor profiles do you have enabled?

Hi Ryan,

Yes that is the one. so i went to my default profile which is the only one i have enabled (it says its the default profile for all users) and dragged everything up but that didn't change anything.

You have added the Toggle Toolbars button to the editor, which hides all toolbar rows below it, until clicked.

Remove this button in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout.
