1) the video's alignment goes away
2) no caption is displayed

Or, is there another way to add a caption to a video?

This was supposed to have the video right justified and the caption text centered.

Please try JCE Pro JCE Pro 2.7.18 RC5 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development

After install, edit the article in question, click on the iframe and then click on the Caption button to open the Caption dialog.

Click the Update button, then save the article.
