Hello,
On one of my sites the target/download tag of the File Manager is not working.
When I insert it manually in code view, it is stripped out when I switch back to editor view.
I use JCE Pro 2.7.18 on Joomla 3.9.12.
Kindly advise.

HTML4, switched now to mixed and it works.
I already thought it would be a configuration issue, but I didn't what.
