Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

resize options available for images are shown only in file upload form (not in images upload form).
Can you help me?

The resize options are only available in the Image Manager Extended, not the core Image Manager.

If you have upgraded form JCE Core to JCE Pro, you can add the Image Manager Extended to the toolbar in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/pro-buttons-missing-after-upgrade
