Is there any way to toggle the toolbar so that it stays fixed when editing content in the text area? When I’m editing a long page, it’s annoying needing to constantly be scrolling back to the top of the edit screen to access the toolbar when I need to make create multiple links, make format changes, etc.

I'm looking into some options for this, but have you considered switching to Fullscreen mode? This will position the toolbar at the absolute top of the page, with the whole article - scrollable if necessary - in the editor area below.
