I notice a Problem with Astroid-Framework in com_content.
When using 2.8.3-RC4 all works perfect.
Updating to 2.8.4 or 2.8.5 all Tabs are gone and and the edit-view is corrupted.

Tested 2.8.6 Beta and looks like it solves the problem.
