Hi Ryan,
I have purchased the JCE PRO editor.
I installed it in my Joomla 2.5.4 version.
I put the license I got by mail as you instruct me to do and saved.
I entered into: Components - JCE Editor PRO - Profiles
I wanted to edit the editor buttons.
At this point I am stuck. I get a window says: LOAD and thats it. nothig happen.
How do I update the editor PRO version? I need to add the font and font size buttons.

Please advise.
Gil

If you are using such an old version of Joomla, make sure you are installing JCE Pro 2.6.38 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/jce-pro-2638

You have the jQuery Easy plugin installed on your site, which was overriding the loading of jQuery javascript libraries required by JCE. jQuery Easy is not required in the Joomla admin, so I have disabled it for this part of your site.

FYI - The version of JCE and Joomla you are using are no longer developed or supported. Please consider upgrading your site to Joomla 3.9 as soon as possible.
