I get this error message in Joomla Extensions update:

Update: Could not open update site #1656 "JCE Language Pack", URL: https://cdn.joomlacontenteditor.net/updates/xml/languages/editor/pkg_jce_no-NO.xml

I have fixed this error, but an update is not currently available for the Norwegian language pack.
