Is it possible to disable content.css from loading? We are not using any of any of the wf-column css so I don't think we need this file to load on our site.

Go to Extensions -> Plugins and Seach for System - JCE

Click on the plugin name to edit it, then on the Options tab.

Set Load Column Styles to No.
