{component index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=43}
This is used by Component Anywhere, which parse the tag, and insert some content there. In my case i insert different SP Page Builder addons, depending on the last number of the tag. All my templates look the same, except for the last number. But in order not to memorize which number does what, i just assigned a template name.
Let me know if you need further information to help me solve this.

It was just a heads up. If you have any event attributes - onclick etc. - in existing content, then they will be removed if you edit them, unless you enable the option. In most cases it is not necessary to enable event attributes.
