Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

I need to insert Word documents in the articles, the editor is obviously JCE pro.
Is there a way ?

Browsers cannot display Word documents, so if you want to embed one in an article, you need to use an external service such as Google Docs to display the file for you.
