Hi,

I use Joomla 3.9.21 and JCE 2.8.17 PRO and tested this issue in the most recent version of IE Edge and Chrome.
I noticed that the layout of the content in the backend editor wasn't how it looks in the frontend. It looked the same before.
In the Global Configuration of JCE at "Editor Styles" I have "Template CSS File" selected.
If I disable "Compress CSS" the content in the backend editor works good.
If I enable "Compress CSS" it doesn't work.
Is this a bug?

There could be an issue when combining the template stylesheets.

Which template are you using?
Have you added any custom stylesheets or styles?

It is a custom made template and it worked for years.
In the CSS-folder I have an editor.css file.
This editor.css file loads 3 other stylesheets with @import

Thanks Ryan!

JCE Pro 2.8.18 Beta 2 solved it.

I saw another problem with "Compress CSS" enabled in JCE Pro 2.8.18 Beta 2.
The layout of the Insert/edit link doesn't look good.
When "Compress CSS" is disabled it looks good.
