Hello,
One user told me that it was no longer possible to make HTML popups.
I checked and found that indeed the HTML popup is no longer in the drop-down list, and I didn't see any setting about it in the configuration of a profile.
Is this normal?

If you are referring to the Window Popup option to create an image popup, this was removed some time ago as it no longer works in Chrome / WebKit based browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge, Safari), which open the popup in a new tab rather than a new window by default.
