Available buttons are not not visible, just a dotted square on mouse hover . It is hard to choose which button has to be moved if you cannot see the buttons. Is a solution available? Version 2.8.18

I tried every available Toolbar theme, from Retina up till Office black. For some themes, you see a number of buttons but not all of them. Next to that, a part of the buttons shown don't have the icon on it.
The only way how to configure: display all the buttons en shift the unused ones to the 'available bars'. But be aware, don't make an error!
