Hi there,
On Thursday last week, our sites were working fine, but on Friday they updated JCE Pro automatically and then we began having problems.
When editing an email in AcyMailing 7, it looks like the JCE image manager is overriding the default media manager when we try to insert an image. That would be fine, but it's doing it very poorly, only showing part of the image manager with no options such as to set alt text and most importantly no insert button. (Screenshot attached...you can see the media manager button in question that's on the right behind the overlay.)
I tried going into our JCE profile and telling it to only work with the Articles extension and nothing else, but then when we tried to use the Acy media manager, it loaded the site home page in the modal box instead of the media manager. The only workaround we have found so far is switching temporarily to TinyMCE in global config until we're done inserting images in Acy.
Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Hello,
It seems JCE Pro 2.9+.4 Beta is no more available.
I would like trying it to test solving my problem with acymailing (see https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/forum/113610-problem-jce-with-acymailing-on-joomla-4).
JCE Pro 2.9.37-beta7 doesn't work with Acymailing 5 on J4.
Thanks

Whatever was fixed in 2.9.4 will be in 2.9.73. The issue may be caused by a change in AcyMailing. I'm not able to reproduce the issue, which may have something to do with the fact that I don't really know how AcyMailing works, as I don't use it.
Please send me a login - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/contact/site-login - and include instructions as to how I can observe the issue on your site.
