It's working fine in my tests and on the demo site - https://demo.joomlacontenteditor.net/

If the dialog is unresponsive, it could indicate a javascript error. What is being displayed in the browser Javascript Console?

Work perfectly on Chrome
Same error on Firefox Dev edition

Ryan
Same error on Firefox Dev edition

This was tested successfully in Firefox Dev, so it must be a browser cache issue on your side.
