Hello
JCE Pro 2.9.7, Joomla 3.9.26, php 7.4
When I define a directory for the file upload in a CustomField (media - Media), this does not work. The image files are always loaded into the /Image folder when they are uploaded via drag&drop in the article.
Example: CustomField media-media - directory: images/lexica
Image always loads it to /images
(The directory "lexica" exists)
Where can I define in the JCE configuration that it takes the correct upload path?
The different custom fields have different upload directories
Thanks for tips
best regards
adi

The standard Joomla Media Field is extended with the JCE File Browser, but it does not use all the parameters, such as the Directory value. This is set in Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> File System for the global value, or Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> File Browser.
At present a seperate directory cannot be set for a specific field.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
