Hi, is it possible to make certain files in de imagesfolder only downloadable/visible for registered users?

No, i have some webpages behind a login with a button to pdf files.
When you insert the link to the pdf file directly, you can also download that file without using a login

Are you referring to files/images that are already in an article, or file/images in the JCE File Browser?

You can't add content restrictions with JCE, but I suggest you look at Conditional Content by RegularLabs - https://regularlabs.com/conditionalcontent
