file extension to lowercase

Hi,

I need lowercase file extensions because otherwise the images are not shown in Yootheme Pro.
I have a setup to filename "lowercase" see attachment, but it does not work.
And I also want the file extension .JPG to .jpg
I am using the latest versions of Joomla 3.9.27 and JCE 2.9.8

Any ideas?
