Hello JCE support

When you add a Weblink as a link in JCE 2.9.9, it is stripping out the Web Link Item ID number from the url string.
I have been using Joomla Weblinks for more than 10 years and this is the first time I noticed this bug.
When you try to use a Weblink generated by JCE 2.9.9, it goes to the default error page.

Steps to replicate bug.
1. Press Insert Link
2. Select Weblinks
3. Select Category
4. Select Weblink

Expected behaviour:
index.php?option=com_weblinks&view=weblink&id=65&catid=368:magix&task=weblink.go

Bug produces this instead:
index.php?option=com_weblinks&view=weblink&id=&catid=368:magix&task=weblink.go

As you can see, the weblink id number is missing and it only says id= instead of id=1234....
