Using JCE Pro 2.9.10, it removes an <iframe> tag upon saving or toggling between views:

<iframe name="output" id="output" style="width:800px; height:500px;"></iframe>

I checked, and "Allow IFrames" is set to Yes in the Plugin Parameters > Media Support section.
