There is some issue occurred in the plugin. When clicking any tab on the tab list, one of tab has hidden. Continuously clicking tabs, one by one hidden. It is high issue in my product. please help me to solve that problem. Screenshots attached.
1. first view of editor
2. after clicking publishing tab, content tab is missing.
3. after clicking language tab

Those tabs are part of the Joomla Article Manager, not under the control of JCE.

Do you get the same issue if you use the core Tinymce editor?

This sounds like either an issue with the template, or another extension you have loaded on the page at the time of editing. Check this by temporarily switching to a different template.
