The plugin parameters tab is displayed, but if you click on it, nothing happens. I'm using JCE Pro 2.9.11, but it didn't work with the earlier versions either. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the JCE Editor, but to no avail.

When testing the temporary support user, I noticed that the Plugin Parameters tab suddenly works with this user. I compared the two configurations and found that the problem was with user preferences. The difference was the backend language, German (DE) was set in my profile and "Use Default" was set in the temporary support profile. After I have also set the backend language to "Use Default" in my profile, everything works correctly.
Nevertheless, thank you very much for the quick support.

If you have a JCE German Language Pack installed, check that you have the latest available - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/languages/editor/de-de

I just updated the editor with the latest German language package, now everything works.
