Hello,
In "Image Manager Extended", in the "Popups" tab, there is a "Media Type" with the option "Externals links / IFrame".
How can I use it?
I can't find any examples or documentation.
If someone can help me

The Media Type determines the type of popup you are making, but usually you don't have to set this as it will be autodetected from the file type. "Externals links / IFrame" would be used if you are creating a popup of a link (an external site for example) to open in an iframe in the popup.
