Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

For some reason, unknown to me, on some of my sites the link dialogue stopped working for images and text.

It just pops up a blank window. See the video posted here:

I am running JOOMLA 3.10.0. All software updated.
