Hello
i have JCE PRO Version 2.9.11, Joomla 4.0.2
My problem is that the representation from css layout it wrong in editor dialog but correct in preview mode.
The bootstrap row/columns get shown diffently dispite tinymce showing them correctly.
The Image from the img-wrapper gets shown in full size
corresponding css:
I tried the use custom css option pointing to templates/$template/css/editor.css which imports all other csss
by the way, the socicon icons arnt shown as well -_-
hope somebody can help.
EDIT:
After try and error for a while i could detect that it seems that jce cant use the @import statements.
If i comment the imports and use tinymce it do not work either.
If i additianally manually add tempalte.css in the jce config, it works.
so the question is why it did not work for the import statements only in the jce editor plugin?
kind regards Marcel

is there a option to debug the css the jce editor reads and used like the normal browser css dev support? Seems that the content is displayed in an iframe.
You can use the browser console for this. You should be able to see in the Network tab if the import css files were loaded, and the Inspector tab to see if they have been applied to content in the editor iframe.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

Right now it is only local in XAAMP so i cant send a site login.
This weekend we plan to put it live, after that i will supply a test account.
