Hallo Support,
nach verschiedenen Updates fehlt die komplette Menüleiste. Ich kann keine Kategorie usw. bestimmen. Siehe Anhang. Als Administrator funktioniert JCE.

JCE does not control the layout of those menu bar items in the front-end. These are under the control of the Joomla Article Manager, and your template, and could be affected by a template override.

Ich habe heute Joomshaper Helix Ultimate 2.05 installiert und auch JCE 2.9.15 aber leider immer noch das gleiche Problem.
Es fehlt die komplette Menüzeile und wir können JCE nicht mehr nutzen.
Ist der Fehler in Joomshaper Helix oder in JCE zu suchen?
Es wurden bis zum auftreten des Fehlers nur updates gemacht.
Was kann ich tun??

Ich habe Tinymce als Standard Editor konfiguriert hier fehlt auch die Menu Zeile!

I think the issue is with a template override, which has changed the layout of the form.

You may need to contact Joomshaper about this, or the person who created your template theme.

Hallo Ryan,
ich habe die Lösung gefunden meine Menüleiste ist wieder da: 😃
Ich habe im JCE Editor Layout die Toolbar Location von Top auf Bottom gesetzt.
Die Toolbar war dann unten und die Menüleiste war wieder da.
Danach habe ich die Toolbar Location wieder von Bottom auf Top gesetzt und jetzt passt wieder alles.
