Hello, everyone,
The title bar is not displayed in portrait format on the iPad and Samsung tablet. The cross to close is also not accessible.
The picture and device are in portrait format
The images were inserted with the JCE MediaBox and the error occurs with all popup themes.
It works correctly on PC and IPhone (11).
Does anyone have similar problems?

Yes I can confirm this in tests on some moble devices. I am working on a fix.

Hi Ryan,

In portrait format, the portrait images are displayed correctly on the iPad, but the landscape format images are no longer full-screen with iPad in landscape format as well as on the PC.
