Are you referring to mp4 video or Youtube video?
A video will only start playing when you click on it if the autoplay setting for the video is enabled. If an mp4 video is playing, clicking anywhere in the editor will stop it. For a Youtube video, you will need to click the Pause button.

What video type are you referring to? Youtube or local mp4?

I like to click the video to check the properties
Behaviors:
- when I click on the video the first time, the video start and nothing appear in the path (bottom JCE Path) — JCE Video icon not highlighted + No video parameters
- when I click Beside the video, I get the “span.wf-responsive-video-container” in the path — JCE Video icon not highlighted + No video parameters
- when I click Beside the video and use the directionnal arrow (on the keyboard) toward the video 2 times, I get this pat “span.wf-responsive-video-container >> iframe” — When click, JCE Video icon not highlighted + video parameters
