I've installed the lates JCE pro but it is showing blank editor page , I've removed and installed the older version with same results. TinyMCE is working fine however.

This is caused by a certificate error on your site, when trying to load any javascript files.
You will see this in the browser console in the Joomla Admin, with errors for jQuery and other javascript files.
