Hi!
I added in an article the emoji for the "pile of poo" (!!)
After saving the article the text following the emoji gets lost.

I mean.. quite half of the text of the article... lost! ( I recovered it form the "versions" feature of joomla!).

To insert the emoji I selected and copied it from the wikipedia page.

The emoji is in the Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs Unicode block: U+1F4A9 💩 PILE OF POO (HTML 💩)


what happened? is it a bug?

Does the same thing happen when you use the core Tinymce editor? I suspect this may be an issue with saving the content to the database, and not the editor.
