We us the manager level for some users. We notices that when the upload in the media manager field is clicked and the error reporting is max we get the error: Invalid JSON response, We have set the some resize actions on upload. The media field is added in a custom component,

Similar problem here since version 2.9.15 to 2.9.18 with links. No more links possible. Message "Invalid JSON response". Version 2.9.14 and older work.

Problem solved. The PHP display_errors setting was active. Set off and it works again ;).
