It is my view that this information belongs on the support page for the Media Manager. There is nothing on the support pages that offer this information that I could find. I'm sure I am not the only person who had this problem, and neither will I be the last. In fact, I might forget this information in a year or two and need to visit the support site again to remember how to do this. The many extra features I have been missing out on are great, btw.
