Hello.
In Profiles/Editor parameters/File system", Ijust enabled "Remove image EXIF data".
Now, when I upload any image from the Image manager extended, I get this message in red:
"Upload failed: Exif data could not be removed from this image."
And no upload.

What happens ?

Ryan
Does your server have PHP GD2 or PHP IMagick installed?

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

Django29
No idea, but I have not this problem on another site on the same server (IONOS).

I have fixed this on your site with an install of JCE Pro 2.9.21 Beta - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development

Thanks a lot. Why do we need the beta version to solve this problem ?

Ryan
The beta includes a fix to address the issue.

I have the same problem, but when I try to download the Beta version, your web site is prompting me to buy another subscription.

owl
Okay, I was able to download it after re-logging in. After installing the Beta version, the problem was fixed.

I bet a lot of people are having this problem. Is it because of the most recent Joomla Update?
