I am trying to insert audio or video file into media manager (HTML5 Video / HTML Audio)

Uploading / inserting in Media Manager Panel works, but after clicking 'Insert', nothing is in editor. No error message.

Am I missing something?

Joomla: 3.10.6
JCE Editor: 2.9.20

In Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout, ensure that the Media Support in the Additional Features section is checked.
