Hello,
I can't insert MP3 files into our websites. The player is not displayed.
However, a player is mentioned in the HTML, see picture.

It does not work, tested in all browsers. Without success.

What could be the reason?
Please help.

Please post a link to an example on your site.

You appear to be using a module on your site - mod_rapi_music_player? - which is loading the Plyr library - https://plyr.io - which is converting the <audio> tag.

It is displayed for me right below the article title.

The plugin / module was my emergency solution.
I urgently need a way to display multiple MP3 files as a playlist.

Unfortunately, the player from JCE is not displayed on the website.

JCE does not have an audio player, but creates the HTML to display the browser's player using the <audio> tag.

In your instance styles in your templates stylesheet are affecting the display of the player, specifically the height: auto; style:

audio, canvas, img, svg, video {
max-width: 100%;
height: auto;
box-sizing: border-box;
}

on line 157 of templates/jp-fire/styles/guitar2/css/theme.css
