Hi, is there a possibility to disable JCE in only one extension?

Which editor an extension uses is determined by the Joomla API, via the Global Configuration and User Settings, and by the extension itself.
You should check whether the extension has a setting to specify which editor is uses.
Alternatively, you could theoretically create a Joomla System plugin that changes the editor based on the current extension.
