In JCE Editor Pro, there's a new feature called Protect Shortcode.

JCE Editor Pro component > Editor Profiles > [your current profile] > Editor Parameters > Advanced > 'Protect Shortcode'.

Putting this to 'Yes', will break your layout in Joomla/Yootheme (You'll see the content like it's an article, not with the Purple Yootheme Builder button).

So while it's a neat function to use, it's not ready yet for Yootheme Pro 😇.
