I don't find the strike/line-through button in JCE editor. I inserted the span manually here: https://www.mostrigiapponesi.it/la-mostra (below the big button).
is it possibile to make line-through thicker? It is really very subtle.

Try adding the following to your template stylesheet (adjust the thickness as required) :
span[style^="text-decoration"] {
text-decoration-thickness: 2px !important;
}
