I don't understand what you are referring to here. The robots.txt file is used to exclude some files from being indexed by web crawlers and other bots.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

I’m not sure what SEMRUSH show here???

All these url are part of a sitemap and all indexed, I will investigate a bit more and come back.

Why the resource URL show your plugin urls, I don’t know???? — Coming back on this one ...
