JCEPro 2.9.22 (also 2.9.20)
It creates a new profile with the correct name (Copy of...) but all parameter settings are missing.
E.g. Editor Parameters/Filesystem/File Directory Path, Upload settings....
or Plugin Parameters
all is empty resp. default settings.
The export XML file contains all the custom settings but it seems the only thing which is copied or imported is the "Current Editor Layout".

Profile copy seems to be ok now.
Profile import is still missing the parameters (with old export file and with new JCE Pro 2.9.23 RC export file)

I'm not seeing this in my tests. How old is the old export file?

You may try to import this profile, exported via JCE Pro 2.9.23 RC.
It seems to be related to the TemplateManager's TemplateItems inline HTML code. With a TemplateManager file the import is ok.
BTW: TemplateManager TemplateItems Thumbnail(Optional) is not working, The thumbnail is not stored (so it won't show in the list).
